You feel stuck. Now what? Being stuck doesn't mean that you're broken, and therapy isn't about "fixing" you. It's about helping you get unstuck and feel more like you again.

If you've never been in therapy before, I completely understand that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. When you start therapy with me, we will talk about your concerns, explore how they show up in your life, and identify steps toward addressing the issue(s).
Whether it's in-person or virtual appointments, I make mental health care accessible to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll work toward growth, resilience, and well-being—at your own pace and in a way that feels right for you.

Healing After Trauma in Relationships.
What this looks like...
In individual therapy, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can work through past and present trauma. Whether you’ve experienced abuse, loss, or emotional pain, we will process these experiences and develop healthier ways of coping. As a trauma specialist, I understand how past experiences can impact your current life, and I work collaboratively with you to move toward healing, empowerment, and personal growth.
One of my main specialties is supporting people who have been negatively impacted by dysfunctional family dynamics. If you struggle with the lasting effects of childhood emotional harm, neglect, or toxic family relationships, therapy can help. Together, we’ll unpack how these patterns show up in your life today, working toward breaking cycles and creating healthier boundaries, so you can build more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.
Couples therapy offers a safe environment for you and your partner to explore and resolve issues in your relationship. Common themes that we target in couples therapy include communication challenges, navigating past trauma, addressing infidelity (cheating), and seeking deeper emotional intimacy. Within a comfortable, non-judgmental space, I’ll guide you through processes to rebuild trust, strengthen your connection, and develop healthier communication patterns. The goal is to help you both understand each other’s needs, improve conflict resolution, and find balance and joy together in the relationship.
Trauma often has a way of interfering not only with the relationship we have with ourselves, but also the relationships we have with others. When we experience trauma, we can also experience emotional distance, impairments in communication, and trust issues. In couples therapy, we address the various impacts of these experiences and actively work toward relational repair.
You don’t need to be “ready” or confident or even totally sure this will help. You just need to show up, exactly as you are. Therapy here is about moving at your pace, having honest conversations, and building tools that actually work in real life.
As you grow, you may start to notice that things feel lighter. You handle challenges differently. And eventually, your future self gets to look back and say, I’m proud of how far I’ve come — and grateful I didn’t give up on myself.
